Eli G Newman

For anyone in Alachua County with a stuck problem

What does Eli do for a company?

Fractional Business Development Manager. In the room, not on a call. I build brand assets and systems that run without me, and teach teams how to do the same.

Retainer clients, starting now.

Send me the stuck thing

The short answer: I take a goal that is still living in someone's meeting notes, build a working prototype the team can react to, and turn it into an operational system with named owners and the automations that keep it running. I have done this for my own ventures for over fifteen years. Your company gets the operator, not the theory.

Three ways to fix it, and the one nobody prices

When something is stuck you have three options. Hire a full-time operations lead: ninety days to find one in a county this size, then a salary plus benefits and payroll tax, call it $11,000 a month all in, owed in March whether the problem died in March or never. Retain an agency in Tampa or Orlando: roughly $8,000 a month for a team you never meet, a deck at the end of each month, and travel on the invoice the rare times they come. Wait: the only option with no invoice, which is why it is the most expensive one. A stalled launch does not send you a bill. It just quietly takes the quarter.

I am the fourth. One person, in the room, on a monthly rate you can stop.

From $3,300 a month in Alachua County. Scope sets the rest, quoted in 48 hours against what the problem is costing you. Double out of market. Student founders free.

Outside the county, remote, at the out-of-market rate. Gainesville raised me as an entrepreneur. Local costs less because serving this town is the point.

1 · Operations, shipped

This page and the platform behind it were built in days, forms wired to email automation included. I run stacks for content pipelines, funnels, and back-office systems, and I teach people to use them without hand-holding.

2020 · Rebuilt a therapy practice’s billing from 10+ hours a week down to 3, then wrote the SOPs so a non-technical $15/hour hire could run it solo. The owner had been doing it herself at $60+ an hour. The replacement cost $195 a month, and gave her back 30 hours of her time every month.

2 · Programs, designed and funded

2026 · Built a six-stage accelerator from scratch (CEO Systems through Proprietary Assets), and filled it: 12 builders through the first cohort, now running as monthly squads of six.

2023 · Produced a two-day founder conference on roughly $1,000: 25 paid attendees, 25 mentors, 8 presenters, 2 keynotes, donation-funded, with a month of aftercare after the room closed. See the archive.

3 · Networks that open doors

Grew a give-first mentor network past 100 members, partnering with leaders in the city of Gainesville. Curated and interviewed the TEDxGainesville speaker pipeline, hosting the video podcast that puts local ideas on a global stage. When your company needs access to a person, a partner, or a stage, I usually know the door.

How this got built

I built FAM into a coalition of more than 100 local subject matter experts who serve student founders for free. It is the operating principle the whole network runs on. Students never pay. Founders are the reason: every mentor hour a client buys releases one donated hour to a student founder, so the giving scales with the paid work instead of competing with it.

Which means your retainer is what makes it possible. There is no donation line on your invoice and none of your retainer goes anywhere but your problem. The match is the coalition’s, and it exists only because paid work exists. You are not subsidizing it. You are the reason it scales.

The bet · before you spend anything

Something is stuck. A project that stalled, a process eating your best people, a launch that keeps slipping. Bring the stuck thing.

I will put AI creative strategy against it and hand you a resolution inside 24 hours: the reframe, the fastest path I can see, and your first three moves. Free, and yours to keep whether or not we ever speak again. No NDA needed, and I do not want customer data, proprietary formulas, or anything regulated. Messy notes are fine. Messy is usually where the answer hides.

Why free? Because the first one is the proof. A case study tells you what I did somewhere else. The bet shows you what I do with your problem, this week.

The first stuck thing is free. After that it is Q&AI: five stuck things a month, $495, with me and my team. The same AI creative strategy, the same 24-hour turnaround, the same artifacts you keep. Five is the ceiling, not an allowance. A sixth would mean I am doing your job instead of unsticking it.

Send the stuck thing to ask@elignewman.com, or bring it to a conversation.

The retainer · what you actually get

One working session a week, one owned project at a time, and the operating cadence running between sessions. Named owners and the automations that keep it standing. I answer inside a business day.

Need more than one person? The builders behind my methods, who created AI orchestration for themselves before ChatGPT or Claude shipped, look at your whole company and build the custom assets and systems your biggest technical challenges need, on their own monthly retainer. Ask and I will quote it against what the problem is currently costing you.

Need more than a retainer? Do not send a job description. Tell me what the seat would own and what it is worth, and if it beats what I can build in the same hours, I will say yes.
